Dental Implant Surgery
What is dental implant surgery?
A missing tooth can lead to an inability to function, the shifting of the other teeth and changes in your bite. The best way to replace a missing tooth is with a dental implant. The implant is the part that is connected to the jaw in a procedure called implant surgery.
After the implant has healed and has proven to have healed, a crown is made by your dentist and is connected to the implant (also called an “implant crown”). Implants can be placed to replace multiple teeth and even all of the teeth in the mouth.
Computer-Guided Implant Technology
We utilize state-of-the-art computer-guided implant surgery for precision and patient comfort. This advanced technology allows us to:
- Plan your entire procedure virtually before surgery
- Place implants with pinpoint accuracy
- Minimize surgical time and recovery
- Provide predictable, optimal results
- Ensure the safest possible procedure
The computer guidance system creates a detailed 3D map of your mouth, allowing us to plan the perfect position for each implant. This precision approach means less time in surgery and a smoother recovery.
Implant Options: Titanium & Zirconia
We offer both titanium implants and Zirconia implants to suit your specific needs.
Our expertise with both implant types allows us to recommend the perfect solution for your unique situation, ensuring optimal long-term results and satisfaction.
Why you might need dental implants
When a tooth is not replaced, the mouth will compensate by shifting teeth forward and the opposing teeth will often “come down”. This causes teeth to be “tilted” and “crooked”.
Your function one side is compromised and the opposing side will “over work” to masticate. This leads to muscle and TMJ problems and damaged teeth on the other side. Not replacing missing teeth can also compromise your smile when the spaces are visible
“In the dental chair, everyone made me feel at ease. I felt confident, and I felt calm.
When you placed the guides and they fit perfectly, that’s when I felt myself breathe a sigh of relief. I knew I was in the best hands, and I let myself relax instead of worrying what could go wrong.
The shots you gave me were easy. Calm and measured and steady. Then the work took place. Everything around me felt like a carefully orchestrated dance where everyone put their best foot forward.
Thank you so much for everything you did for me. You moved mountains for me, and you removed some massive weights that were hanging over me worrying about the future and these surgeries.”
